Agreement
By installing or using Pickr ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Pickr is a warehouse pick list application that integrates with Linnworks. It provides:
- Zone-organised pick lists generated from your Linnworks open orders
- Cross-device pick state synchronisation
- Team management with role-based access
- Analytics and performance tracking
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Pricing & Payment
The Service costs £19 per month, billed monthly. This covers unlimited users, unlimited orders, and all features. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
- You must have a valid Linnworks account to use Pickr
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Our Responsibilities
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and performant
- We will protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We will provide reasonable notice of any breaking changes
Limitation of Liability
Pickr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@getpickr.app. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
