Overview
Pickr ("we", "our", "us") is a warehouse pick list application that integrates with Linnworks. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
Account Data
When you install Pickr from the Linnworks App Store, we store:
- Your Linnworks company name and account identifier
- Email addresses of users you invite to Pickr
- User names and roles (admin/picker)
- Hashed passwords for authentication
Order Data
Pickr reads your open orders from Linnworks in real-time. We do not store your order data permanently. Order information is only held in memory during active picking sessions. We store:
- Pick completion logs (order ID, items picked, picker name, timestamp)
- Pick state for cross-device sync (cleared when orders are completed)
Warehouse Configuration
We store your warehouse zone definitions (zone names, bin prefixes, emojis) and application settings.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide the pick list functionality and sync picks across devices
- To display analytics and performance statistics
- To authenticate users and manage roles
- To tag completed orders in your Linnworks account
Data Storage
All data is stored on Cloudflare's global network using Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and Workers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
Linnworks Integration
Pickr accesses your Linnworks account via their official API with the following permissions:
- Read open orders and stock locations
- Write order tags to mark orders as picked
- We do not modify inventory, pricing, or financial data
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Pick logs are retained for analytics purposes. If you cancel your subscription, you can request deletion of all data by emailing hello@getpickr.app.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — contact us for a full export
- Delete your data — email us and we'll remove everything within 30 days
- Revoke Linnworks access — uninstall Pickr from the Linnworks App Store at any time
