New tenant onboarding wizard makes getting started effortless. Define your warehouse zones, add your team, and launch — all in under 2 minutes.
Pickr is now a proper multi-tenant SaaS. Each Linnworks account gets its own isolated data space with secure session handling.
Pickr launches on the Linnworks App Store. Built as a PWA on Cloudflare Workers, it brings fast, zone-organised pick lists to any warehouse using Linnworks.
Go to the Linnworks App Store and search for Pickr, or click the Install button on this page. Authorise the app with your Linnworks account — this gives Pickr read access to your orders and locations.
After installing, you'll be taken through a short 4-step wizard:
Share the app URL with your team. On iPhone: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android: tap the browser menu → Install App. The app works like a native app once installed.

Zones are defined by the first letter(s) of your bin codes. For example, if your bins are named B-01-02, B-03-14, the prefix is B. Pickr reads the bin location from each order item and groups them into your zones automatically.
During onboarding, you set up zones with a prefix, name, and emoji. You can change these later in the Settings screen (tap the menu icon → Settings → scroll to Zones).
B, HNG)Any item whose bin code doesn't match a defined zone prefix will appear in the Other group. This is normal for items stored in locations outside your main zones.
Pickr has two roles:
Users are added during onboarding, or later by an Admin via Settings → Team. Each user needs a name and a numeric PIN (up to 6 digits).
User data is stored locally on the device for offline access. Admins can reset PINs from the admin panel.
On the login screen, enter your name and PIN. The app remembers you across sessions so you only need to sign in once per device.
After selecting your warehouse location, the dashboard shows all open orders organised by zone. Tap any order to see its items, or use the flat pick list view to see all items across all orders grouped by bin.
Tap the checkbox next to an item to mark it as picked. The item turns green and the order progress updates in real time. Changes sync to all other devices within seconds.
To undo a pick, tap the green checkbox again or use the Undo button that appears briefly after picking.
When all items in an order are picked, the order is automatically marked as complete. Pickr adds a note to the order in Linnworks confirming who picked it and when.
